Public Transport

Normally I am quite happy on a bus, a train, or a plane, minding my own business, listening to my iPod. A girl shouldn’t have to worry about being harassed by some random because he’s experienced love at first sight.

It can happen in an instant, for example going to the city with a friend. Spending the day together having fun window shopping is quite hard to be ruined. Until, a random gets on your bus and starts having a conversation. You think he’s harmless, until he asks for your numbers. Feeling obliged to, you give away your digits to an unknown guy.

When you arrive at your stop, you get off the bus and believe that everything’s fine, that he won’t call you cause he’s a guy…right?

Five phone calls later you realise, this guy isn’t harmless at all. He’s some loser that gets on a bus alone hoping to score with the first chick he sees. You reject every call, you ignore every txt. Is this the only way?

Can a girl truely only be safe on public transport by ignorance?
